3D production & award details
How your 3D avatar comes togetherWe plan to present a few options for your avatar's outfit type (for example, the Grammy winner will review your 2D avatar and propose options such as pajamas, everyday wear, or a school uniform). Once you've responded on outfit type, production moves forward. The production team has discretion over design interpretation and costume details (an exact match to your original 2D model isn't promised, and we may not always be able to meet every request).
*3D conversion requires confirming permission from your 2D model's illustrator or other rights holder. We'll provide a template for this — please confirm in advance whether that permission is likely to be granted. *Production team, process details, and delivery schedule will be shared once finalized.

Streaming requests in detail
1. Register 2 streaming slots for measurementDuring the period (Aug 13–20), register one slot from the first half and one from the second half — 2 slots total. Up to 4 hours per slot is measured. You're free to stream outside your registered slots too, with no limit on the number of streams. We'll explain how to register once your entry is confirmed.
2. Keep your archives public through the results announcementThey need to stay public so we can verify the selection tallies. After results are announced, you're free to handle them however you like, as usual.
3. Put links to your fan club and shop in your descriptionSo fans can find their way there without confusion, place two links (your fan-club invite link and your own shop) in your video description. A quick mention at the start of your stream helps them reach further. We'll provide the wording on a script card.
What's on the script cardWe'll give you a single card with a 10-second opening line (that you're in the Event, and where to find your fan club and shop) and a 30-second closing line (thanking fans for their support, teasing your next stream). There's no dashboard showing stock, amounts, or sales during your stream — checking the numbers can wait until after you're done streaming.
We handle the money talkExplaining how it works, showing prices, and guiding fans through checkout is all handled by Anifie's pages and bots. You never have to write copy asking fans to pay.
About Memory of Support
A Memory of Support is a limited-run digital piece made from your motif. When a fan buys one, it's issued as a single piece bearing a serial number, their support message, and the date. After the Event, it also becomes the key to your VIP fan room.
All you need to provide is a single motif. It doesn't have to be your character itself — something like a YouTube membership emoji (an animal, an object, an emblem) is plenty. It can be something you already have, or something you decide on now. A few expressions or poses of the same motif make it easier for fans to collect. The frame (holding the serial number, message, and date) is provided by Anifie in a shared design.
About the fan club (Discord)
Your own fan club is built inside Anifie's Discord server. You don't need to set up a server yourself.
During the Event, anyone can join free via the invite link. Fans use it to react live and share their thoughts. Finalist selection looks at this energy (see How it's decided).
After the Event ends, it switches to a room for those holding a Memory of Support. Because the memory itself is the key, the space is structurally closed to trolls or drive-by visitors. It isn't a mechanism to push out the free fans already there. Anyone who's stepped away can always come back — there's no deadline or countdown.
Your own participation is optional. The design works even if you never join. Of course, fans are delighted when you do show up.
Money matters
We'll lay out the finer rules clearly in the terms you receive when you enter.
Schedule (planned)
All dates above are provisional and may change. If we don't get enough entrants, we may postpone the Event.
Eligibility
Excluded regions: due to regional regulatory requirements, residents of all of Europe, and the U.S. states of Florida and New York, cannot take part or purchase this time (this covers both eligibility to enter and purchasing Memory of Support). Please check before applying.
*If screening is not approved, we will not disclose the reason. *Depending on how applications come in, we may expand the entrant cap up to 100. The number of Finalist places remains 6 either way. *Dispute resolution (arbitration) and governing Japanese law are also set out in the Terms.
