TERMS OF ENTRY

Terms of Entry — The 1st VTuber Grand Prix

This is a courtesy English translation. If there is any discrepancy between this translation and the Japanese original, the Japanese version prevails (Section 1.6).

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 These "Terms of Entry for The 1st VTuber Grand Prix" (the "Terms") apply to the entire relationship between Anifie, Inc. (the "Company"), which provides and operates the internet community service "Anifie" (the "Service"), and any VTuber who enters "The 1st VTuber Grand Prix" (the "Event") hosted by the Company (an "Entrant"). The Service includes not only the website, metaverse, and mobile application operated by the Company, but also the Discord server operated by the Company.

1.2 Entrants shall use the Service and take part in the Event only upon agreeing to these Terms. An Entrant is deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon entering the Event or using the Service.

1.3 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Persons under 18 may not use the Service and may not become Entrants.

1.4 Entrants shall take part in the Service and the Event in accordance with these Terms and any additional terms the Company may separately establish, whether on or off this website (collectively, "Individual Terms"). Where these Terms and any Individual Terms conflict, the Individual Terms prevail.

1.5 Where the content of recruitment guidelines, entry information, the website, announcements, or other materials the Company publishes regarding the Event (collectively, "Public Materials") conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail.

1.6 These Terms may be prepared in a Japanese version and an English version. Where there is any discrepancy between the language versions, the Japanese version prevails.

2. Content of the Service and the Event

2.1 The Service is provided and operated by the Company for VTubers entering the Event ("Participants") and other users, through the Company's website for the Service (the "Website") and applications (including Discord, the metaverse, and mobile applications; the "Application").

2.2 The Company may change the content of the Service without an Entrant's consent.

2.3 To use certain parts of the Service, Entrants may be required to create a wallet (the "Wallet") through web3auth (https://web3auth.io/), a service provided by Torus Labs Pte Ltd.

2.4 To use the Service or take part in the Event, Entrants must agree to the Service's User Terms (https://vtuber.anifie.com/terms-user.html).

3. Digital Certificates

3.1 The Service may sell a digital good referred to as a "Memory of Support" card or a similar name (a "Digital Certificate"). This is a digital certification created using blockchain technology (a so-called NFT or SBT, which in principle is programmed to be non-resellable) with respect to all or part of a motif image provided by a Participant, a support message entered by a user, a serial number, a date, and the like. Digital Certificates may be sold by the Company through a purchase page on the Service (the "Purchase Page").

3.2 In addition to serving as a user's memory of having supported a Participant "at that time, in that place," a Digital Certificate may provide the following functions.

(1) Functioning as qualification to enter, even after the Event has ended, the Discord channel on the Company's server relating to the Participant

(2) Functioning as a selection score

3.3 Price, quantity, and sales period

(1) The price of each Digital Certificate will be displayed on the Purchase Page for that item.

(2) The Company may set a limited sales quantity or sales period for each item.

3.4 Payment for Digital Certificates shall be made by credit card or another payment method designated by the Company.

3.5 Digital Certificates may be displayed at the Company's metaverse venue, on the Company's Discord server, and elsewhere on the Service. The Company bears no obligation to provide such display in any circumstance, including where it has ceased to provide the Service.

3.6 Prohibition on transfer — Users may not transfer, lend, or sell Digital Certificates to any third party.

3.7 No returns — Digital Certificates are digital goods; returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once provided.

3.8 Treatment of refunds — If a refund or chargeback (a forced refund through a card company or similar) occurs with respect to a Digital Certificate, the vote associated with that Digital Certificate (its count or value) may become void and may be excluded from the Event tally set out in Section 6. Eligibility to enter the VIP fan room based on that Digital Certificate may also be lost.

3.9 The Company gives no guarantee whatsoever of appreciation, retained asset value, or any other economic benefit with respect to Digital Certificates. Do not purchase Digital Certificates for speculative purposes. In principle, they are programmed to be non-resellable, and resale is also prohibited under these Terms.

4. Eligibility, Entry, and Screening

4.1 To enter the Event, all of the following must be satisfied. By entering, an Entrant represents and warrants that these conditions are satisfied.

(1) Being a VTuber who is active using a 2D model

(2) Being able to stream on a YouTube channel during the streaming period

(3) Making the representations and warranties set out in Section 5

(4) Not falling under any of the antisocial-forces categories set out in Section 25

(5) Not falling under the residency restrictions set out in Section 4.2

4.2 Residents of the following regions may not take part in the Event.

(1) Europe (the entirety of Europe, including EU member states, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland)

(2) The U.S. states of Florida, Rhode Island, and New York

The Company may request documentation from an Entrant to confirm place of residence. If an Entrant takes part in violation of this section, the Company may disqualify or withdraw that Entrant.

4.3 Entry to the Event is subject to screening. Whether to approve an entry is decided at the Company's complete discretion, and the Company bears no obligation to disclose its reasons where an entry is not approved.

4.4 The Company may use artificial-intelligence assistance and evaluation in screening entries.

4.5 Entrants shall provide truthful and accurate information in connection with their entry to the Company (including, without limitation, the URL of their YouTube channel). If a false statement is discovered, the Company may disqualify or withdraw the relevant Entrant.

5. Entrant Representations and Warranties

5.1 Entrants represent and warrant the following to the Company.

(1) Legality under home-country law — that entering the Event, carrying out streams related to the Event, and receiving license fees from the Company are all lawful under the laws of the Entrant's country and region of residence

(2) Rights clearance — that the Entrant holds the necessary rights, or has obtained the necessary permissions, for any music, video, images, character designs, or other material used in streams related to the Event

(3) Rights in the Motif Image — that, with respect to the Motif Image submitted to the Company under Section 6, the Entrant holds the rights to allow reproduction, sale, and secondary use in the Event and to grant the license set out in paragraph 7 (whether as the original creator or by having received the necessary assignment or license from a third party)

(4) No AI-generated images — that the motif image submitted to the Company is not an image generated by generative AI

(5) Age and capacity — that the Entrant has the age and legal capacity required to agree to these Terms and take part in the Event

(6) Obtaining avatar-related permission — that, if the Entrant wins the Event and any person other than the Entrant holds rights in the character design of the 2D model the Entrant uses, the Entrant will be able to obtain permission for the production of a 3D avatar based on that 2D model

(7) Not falling under antisocial forces — not falling under any item of Section 25.1

5.2 If there is a breach of the representations and warranties in the preceding paragraph, the Company may, at its complete discretion, disqualify or withdraw the relevant Entrant. In that case, if the Company receives a claim from, or suffers damages caused by, a third party, the Entrant shall bear responsibility.

5.3 Even where the measures in the preceding paragraph are taken, the Company bears no obligation to pay any license fee already accrued to that Entrant.

6. Submission of Images for Digital Certificates

6.1 Entrants shall submit to the Company an image they wish to attach to the Digital Certificate (the "Motif Image"). The Company may establish requirements for the Motif Image through the Service. If an Entrant does not submit a Motif Image, the Entrant will not be able to receive the license fee set out in these Terms.

7. Streaming

7.1 Entrants shall declare in advance, by a method the Company designates, the streaming slots to be used in finalist selection during the Event (the "Streaming Slots"). These slots are planned to be two per Entrant, with a maximum length of four hours each, but the Company may change this at its discretion.

7.2 Entrants shall not engage in the following conduct in streams related to the Event.

(1) Defamation, discrimination, harassment, or other conduct that infringes a third party's honor, credit, or privacy

(2) Conduct including sexual or violent expression or other expression contrary to public order and morals

(3) Conduct that violates law or that promotes criminal activity

(4) Any other conduct the Company judges to compromise the dignity of the Event

8. Recording, Measurement, and Handling of Data

8.1 Entrants consent that the Company may record an Entrant's streams related to the Event and retain them.

8.2 Entrants consent that the Company may obtain and analyze the following data.

(1) Super Chat amounts, concurrent-viewer counts, chat, and other data relating to an Entrant's streams, obtained through the YouTube Data API or similar

(2) Participation, statements, reactions, usernames, IDs, comments, messages, posts, posted images, posted video, post times, votes, and all other data on the Company's Discord server (including data in channels relating to the Entrant on the Company's Discord server)

(3) Any other data the Company obtains in connection with the Event

8.3 Entrants shall, at the Company's request, submit screenshots of the YouTube Studio screen.

8.4 The Company may analyze data obtained under the preceding two paragraphs using artificial intelligence.

8.5 For the Company's handling of personal information, please refer to the "Anifie, Inc. Privacy Policy" (https://www.anifie.com), which the Company establishes separately.

9. Selection of Finalists

9.1 From August 13 to August 20, 2026, or another period the Company separately designates (the "Qualifying Period"), the Company plans to measure the following selection metrics. Based on these, the Company will, at its discretion, select six Entrants as candidates for the winner set out in the next section ("Finalists"). Where multiple Entrants tie on a given metric, or where no Entrant satisfies a given metric, that metric may go unused or the number of Finalists may fall below six, and the Company has discretion to determine this.

(1) Digital Certificate sales value (2 Finalists)

Among Entrants, the two with the highest total sales value received by the Company from Digital Certificates sold during the Qualifying Period will, in principle, be named Finalists.

(2) Growth in Super Chat (1 Finalist)

The Entrant with the largest value obtained by dividing the Super Chat amount in their later Streaming Slot by the Super Chat amount in their earlier Streaming Slot will, in principle, be named a Finalist. However, if the Super Chat amount in the earlier Streaming Slot is zero, that Entrant will not be selected as a Finalist (unless the Company separately decides otherwise). In measuring Super Chat amounts, the Company may use a method of its choosing, including measurement via the YouTube API, and Entrants shall raise no objection to this.

(3) Fan-club participation and posting rate relative to viewers (2 Finalists)

The Entrant with the largest value obtained by dividing the following numerator by the denominator will, in principle, be named a Finalist.

Numerator = the number of accounts that joined the channel relating to that Entrant on the Company's Discord server via that Entrant's invite link and posted at least once in that channel during the Qualifying Period

Denominator = a value the Company determines as the average concurrent viewer count across the Entrant's two Streaming Slots

(4) Continuity within the fan club (1 Finalist)

Among those counted in the numerator of item (3) above, the proportion who posted (in the channel relating to that Entrant on the Discord server) on two or more separate days during the Qualifying Period (meaning that, using Japan time or another time zone the Company separately designates for a country or region, two or more posts fall on different calendar dates).

9.5 Authenticity filter — In calculating items (3) and (4) above, the Company will assess authenticity based on factors including the following, and will exclude from the calculation any account or post that does not satisfy this assessment.

(1) Time elapsed since account creation

(2) Detection of duplicate posts with identical or similar wording

(3) Whether there is a link via the invite link

(4) Rapid, consecutive posting within a short period

(5) Any other criteria the Company establishes

9.6 The number of Finalists and the number of places per metric are provisional and may be adjusted according to the number of entries and other circumstances.

9.7 The Company bears no obligation to publish scores, rankings, or other figures relating to the Event. However, the Company may publish such figures at its discretion.

9.8 No objections to the results of selection will be accepted.

10. Determination of the Winner

10.1 The winner will be determined, from among the Finalists, by judge John Oetjen or another person the Company separately designates ("John"). John will determine the winner while respecting the number of Digital Certificates purchased by August 23, 2026, or another date the Company separately designates, in the Event. Note that if a Finalist has not obtained, by August 22, 2026 (or another date the Company determines at its discretion), permission from the rights holder(s) of their 2D avatar for it to be turned into a 3D avatar, that Finalist may not become the winner (even if the number of Digital Certificates purchased for them was greater than for other Finalists).

10.2 Entrants may invite users to purchase Digital Certificates. However, offering any consideration in violation of law or public order and morals (including the provision or offer of money, goods, services, benefits, or other advantages) is grounds for disqualification.

10.3 In the Event, judge John previously served as an officer (Vice President) of the Company and remains an advisor. Entrants acknowledge this and confirm they have no objection before taking part in the Event.

11. Misconduct, Conduct Clause, and Disqualification

11.1 Misconduct — If an Entrant or a person connected to an Entrant engages in the following conduct, the Company may take any measure it judges necessary at its discretion, including excluding the relevant score, excluding the relevant stream from measurement, disqualification, or withdrawal of entry.

(1) Use of bots or other automated means

(2) Purchase of Digital Certificates by the Entrant or a person connected to the Entrant (self-purchase)

(3) False statements

(4) Breach of the representations and warranties or other breach of these Terms

(5) Any other conduct the Company judges to be misconduct, including conduct that compromises dignity

11.2 Where the Company receives a report from a user or other third party, it bears no obligation to disclose the content of the report, nor any obligation to respond to or review it.

12. Titles, Certificates, and Prizes

12.1 Entrants are expected to receive a digital certificate bearing John's signature. Finalists are also expected to receive a message from John, and the winner is expected to receive John's critique. Note that the signature on the certificate and the message will be digital rather than handwritten.

12.2 Commemorative badge — The Company will digitally issue a commemorative badge to Entrants who have been added to selection. The commemorative badge will share a common design.

12.3 (1) The Company plans to send the winner a 3D model avatar ("3D Avatar") produced with reference to the winner's 2D avatar (the "Winner's 2D Avatar"). Copyright, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights in the 3D Avatar remain with the Company, but the Company grants the winner a license to use the 3D Avatar in YouTube streams. However, if the winner uses the 3D Avatar in a form that violates law or public order and morals, the Company may terminate that license and demand that the winner cease using the 3D Avatar.

(2) Notwithstanding the preceding item or any other provision of these Terms, if the Entrant is unable to obtain, from every rights holder of the Winner's 2D Avatar used, permission for each matter the Company separately specifies (including production, use, and merchandising of the 3D Avatar), the Entrant will not be able to receive the 3D Avatar. Such permission must be evidenced by a consent form in a format the Company designates or approves, and a copy must also be submitted to the Company. If the rights holder of the 2D Avatar demands payment of a license fee or similar in connection with such permission, that cost shall be borne by the Entrant. If such permission cannot be obtained, the Company may instead send the Entrant a 2D digital good or digital item the Company determines at its discretion, in place of the 3D Avatar.

(3) The Company does not promise the winner that the 3D Avatar will resemble the Winner's 2D Avatar. The winner also agrees in advance that the 3D Avatar may wear clothing different from the Winner's 2D Avatar. The Company plans to propose to the winner a type of clothing for the 3D Avatar (which may include pajamas, a school uniform, or another type that may be proposed). The Company bears no obligation to accommodate a winner's request for a different type of clothing than proposed. Even if the 3D Avatar does not match the wishes or requests of the winner or the rights holder(s) of the Winner's 2D Avatar, the Company bears no responsibility and no obligation to make revisions to the 3D Avatar.

12.4 The Company has complete discretion in all cases regarding the specification, production timing, and process of prizes. If John or his production team becomes unable, for a reasonable cause including health reasons, to produce a prize relating to the Event, that prize may be cancelled. In that case, the Company bears no responsibility for the cancellation.

12.5 Prizes may not be transferred to a third party or exchanged for cash.

13. License Fee

13.1 Where a Digital Certificate relating to an Entrant is sold, the Entrant may receive, as a license fee ("License Fee") for the use of the copyright, right of publicity, and other intellectual property rights described in these Terms, 70% of the amount remaining after deducting from the sales value any payments to third parties for credit-card processing or other settlement fees, and any consumption tax or other public levies arising from these. However, if the License Fee is below the greater of 1,000 yen or the applicable bank or other transfer fee, the Company bears no obligation to pay the License Fee. The payment due date and method shall be as separately determined by the Company. Remittance fees relating to payment shall be borne by the Entrant.

13.2 Where documents required under a tax treaty, such as a Form W-8BEN, or other documents required by law or for tax purposes exist in connection with payment of the License Fee, the Company will make payment only where such documents have been submitted. If documents are not submitted by the date the Company designates, payment may not be received, or treaty benefits may not be available.

13.3 If a refund, chargeback, or similar event occurs with respect to a Digital Certificate, no License Fee will accrue for that Digital Certificate, and if already paid, it will be deducted from the next payment.

14. Use of Likeness, Name, etc., and Publicity

14.1 Entrants grant the Company, free of charge, permission to make the following uses in connection with the Event. Entrants license copyright, right of publicity, and right to one's image to the extent above, and shall not exercise moral rights, in connection with these uses.

(1) Use, in announcing, operating, reporting on, and publicizing the Event (including introducing results after the Event has ended), of the Entrant's activity name, avatar image, Motif Image, stream screenshots, recorded stream footage, and results in the Event

(2) Display, on signage at the Company's metaverse venue, of the content of Digital Certificates (purchaser name, support message, serial number) and information relating to the Entrant

(3) Display within the Service of an Entrant's social-media content (which may, but need not, take the form of an embed within the Service)

(4) Advertising for the Service and the Event that shows the Entrant's activity name and images

15. Fan Community (Discord)

15.1 The Company plans to open a category (sometimes called a "Fan Club") for each Entrant within the Discord server the Company manages. The Company may open and operate this server and Fan Club (including its channels). The Company may also open and operate an Entrant's fan community outside of Discord, including on websites or in the metaverse (including, but not limited to, fan.anifie.com and the Company's applications). However, an Entrant may withdraw upon giving written or electronic notice to the Company.

15.2 Access to the Fan Club is expected to be limited as follows.

(1) During the Event — accessible via invite links the Company issues

(2) After the Event — the room is expected to switch to one accessible only to users holding a Digital Certificate.

15.3 The Company has the authority to delete posts or remove users, without warning, within the Fan Club and on the Company's Discord server.

16. User-Submitted Content

16.1 Users and Entrants of the Service may post information such as chat and messages (including, without limitation, messages, images, reviews, designs, ideas, a user's display name, attachments, comments, reactions, and video; "User Content") within the Service (including, without limitation, Discord, the Website, and the Application).

16.2 Users and Entrants grant the Company, without time limitation, a royalty-free and unlimited license to reproduction rights, rights of public transmission, and other copyright and intellectual property rights in User Content they post within the Service, and shall not exercise moral rights. The Company's license also includes the right for the Company to sublicense the relevant copyright in User Content to third parties, for consideration or free of charge. The Company may use User Content free of charge without notice to Entrants or users, and may modify its content as necessary. For the avoidance of doubt, this license also includes permission for commercial use.

16.3 Users and Entrants understand that a support message or other User Content attached to a Digital Certificate may be displayed on the image of the Digital Certificate, at the Company's metaverse venue, on the Company's Discord server, elsewhere in the Service, and on other websites. The Company does not guarantee that User Content will be displayed.

17. Intellectual Property

17.1 Intellectual property rights in images, video, trademarks, logos, text, programs, and the like related to the Service belong to the Company or to a third party (including Participants) that has licensed them to the Company, and no permission is granted to users or Entrants beyond conduct expressly permitted in these Terms. For example, except where approved by the Company (including, where a third party holds rights in the relevant information, obtaining that third party's approval through the Company), users and Entrants may not reproduce, transmit, publish, sell, or otherwise use any information obtained through use of the Service, nor cause a third party to do so.

18. Use of Artificial Intelligence

18.1 The following uses of artificial intelligence may occur in connection with the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, these are permitted under these Terms (including, but not limited to, Section 16).

(1) Chat, messages, and other behavioral data may be stored on servers, on a blockchain, or elsewhere, and analyzed with artificial intelligence.

(2) This data and AI analysis may be used for purposes including increasing community engagement and the sales or profit derived from it.

(3) Insights obtained from this data and AI analysis may be used for other purposes.

19. Withdrawal, Handling of Technical Failures, and Changes to or Cancellation of the Event

19.1 If an Entrant withdraws from the Event after applying, they are excluded from selection, and no new right to receive the License Fee will arise after withdrawal.

19.2 If a technical failure occurs in an Entrant's stream or in the Company's measurement, the Company may, within the Qualifying Period, permit the Entrant a new Streaming Slot. In that case, a score from the new slot may be used as a remedy in place of the score for the stream that could not be measured, and the Entrant shall raise no objection to this. However, if a new stream cannot be carried out within the Qualifying Period due to such a failure, the stream's score may go unmeasured, and the Entrant shall raise no objection to this.

19.3 Allocation of responsibility — With respect to the failure described in the preceding paragraph: (i) where it is attributable to the Company's facilities or systems, the Company shall provide the remedy in the preceding paragraph; (ii) where it is attributable to the Entrant's equipment, connection, or operation, it is the Entrant's responsibility; and (iii) where it is attributable to a natural disaster, a failure of a telecommunications carrier or platform operator, or other force majeure, neither the Company nor the Entrant is responsible. In any case, the Company bears no responsibility beyond the remedy described in the preceding paragraph.

19.4 Postponement, cancellation, or specification change of the Event — Where there is unavoidable cause, the Company may postpone, cancel, or change the specification of all or part of the Event.

20. No Guarantee of Communications Security

The Company does not guarantee that web content and the like provided in connection with the Service are free of computer viruses or other harmful elements.

21. Disclaimer

21.1 The Company gives no warranty of any kind as to the content of the Service or the accuracy, usefulness, legality, safety, or copyright status of information an Entrant obtains through the Service.

21.2 The Company bears no responsibility, whether direct or indirect, for any trouble, damage, or loss arising from use of the Service.

21.3 The Company bears no responsibility for any software or hardware accident, damage, or failure arising from use of the Service, nor for any cost of repair.

21.4 Where a dispute arises between an Entrant and a third party arising from posts an Entrant makes within the Service or streams related to the Event, the Entrant shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense.

21.5 The Company bears no responsibility for damages arising from an Entrant's breach of these Terms.

21.6 The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue the structure, URLs, content, and other aspects of the Website and the Service without notice. Such a change, suspension, or discontinuation may make the Wallet, or NFTs, fungible tokens, or other digital assets stored in the Wallet, inaccessible, or may result in the loss of such digital assets. The Company bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage arising to an Entrant from such a change, suspension, or discontinuation. Even where such a digital asset (including an NFT) is lost, the Company bears no obligation to supply or reissue that digital asset.

21.7 The Company does not guarantee that User Content or any other content will be displayed on the Service. Display may not occur, or may be interrupted or discontinued without notice. The Company does not warrant that the Website and the Service will be free of interruptions such as trouble.

21.8 The Company bears no responsibility for damages arising to an Entrant from a specification change, failure, terms-of-service change, or other measure by YouTube, Discord, or another third-party platform.

21.9 Images of certificates within the Service may be saved to a device by Entrants and users. Display at the Company's metaverse venue, on the Company's Discord server, and in the my-page area of the Service is available while the Company provides the Service.

22. Damages and Disputes

22.1 If an Entrant breaches these Terms or any Individual Terms, or causes damage to the Company through misconduct, the Company may claim damages from the Entrant.

22.2 If an Entrant causes damage to a third party through use of the Service, the Entrant shall resolve it at their own responsibility, without imposing any responsibility on the Company.

22.3 The Company may intervene in a dispute between Entrants where the Company judges it necessary for the smooth operation of the Service.

22.4 Except as otherwise provided in these Terms, the amount of damages the Company owes an Entrant is capped at the total License Fees the Entrant received from the Company. This limitation does not apply where the Company acted with intent or gross negligence.

23. Suspension of the Service

23.1 The Company bears no responsibility for any interruption or delay of the Service, or for any loss or destruction of posted information or other information, due to a system failure, and bears no responsibility for damage arising therefrom. If unauthorized access occurs and causes damage to an Entrant, the Company bears no responsibility.

24. Interruption and Termination of the Service

24.1 The Company may temporarily interrupt or suspend all or part of the Service without notice due to regular or emergency maintenance, disaster, or other circumstances.

24.2 The Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for damage arising to an Entrant from any delay, interruption, or suspension of the Service, for any reason.

24.3 The Company may suspend the Service at its own judgment without notice.

25. Exclusion of Antisocial Forces

25.1 If an Entrant falls under any of the following, they may not use the Service.

(1) An organized-crime group, a member or quasi-member of one, a related enterprise, a corporate racketeer, a person feigning involvement in political or social causes for extortion, a specialized-intelligence violent group, or any person equivalent to the foregoing ("Antisocial Forces")

(2) A person who has fallen under Antisocial Forces at any time within the past five years

(3) A person whose management is controlled or influenced by a person closely connected to Antisocial Forces

(4) A person who uses Antisocial Forces, or provides them funds or convenience

(5) A person who has a socially reprehensible relationship with Antisocial Forces

25.2 Entrants are prohibited from the following conduct.

(1) Violent demands

(2) Unreasonable demands beyond legal responsibility

(3) Threatening speech or conduct, or use of violence

(4) Spreading rumors, or using fraudulent means or force to damage the Company's or a third party's credit, or to obstruct the Company's or a third party's business

(5) Any other conduct equivalent to the foregoing

25.3 If the Company determines that an Entrant has violated the preceding two paragraphs, the Company may suspend that Entrant's use of the Service or withdraw their entry to the Event without any notice or demand. The Company bears no responsibility for any damage arising to the Entrant from such suspension or withdrawal.

26. Personal Information

26.1 For the Company's handling of personal information, please refer to the "Anifie, Inc. Privacy Policy" (https://www.anifie.com), which the Company establishes separately.

26.2 The purposes for which the Company uses information obtained in connection with entries and operation of the Event are as follows.

(1) Communications relating to screening entries and operating the Event

(2) Tallies relating to selection in the Event and determination of the winner or Finalists

(3) Detecting and investigating misconduct

(4) Paying the License Fee and tax processing required by law

(5) Improving the Service and compiling statistics

(6) Notices about services the Company provides (Section 26.3)

26.3 The Company may send Entrants notices about services the Company provides. Entrants may stop receiving these at any time by a method the Company designates. Consent to receive such notices is obtained independently of consent to these Terms.

27. Changes to These Terms

27.1 The Company may change these Terms. When the Company changes these Terms, it will give notice of the content and effective date of the revised Terms by posting on the Website or by sending Entrants an email.

27.2 If an Entrant continues to use the Service or take part in the Event after the notice in the preceding paragraph, the Entrant is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

28. Prohibition on Assignment

Entrants may not assign or transfer all or part of their rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without the Company's prior written consent.

29. Jurisdiction

The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising between the Company and an Entrant.

30. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Supplementary Provision
