This notice applies to goods sold by Anifie, Inc. in "The 1st VTuber Grand Prix."

Memory of Support card, Memory of Support, Proof of Support, or a similar name

Sales price

The price displayed on the purchase screen for each item (tax included). Prices are denominated in Japanese yen.

Costs beyond the product price

As this is a digital product, no shipping or packaging fee applies. Any internet connection charges required to access the Service are borne by the customer.

Payment method

Credit card or another payment method displayed on the purchase screen (payment processor: Stripe). Payment by cryptocurrency is not accepted.

Timing of payment

Payment is due at the time the purchase is completed. The Company does not hold a customer's balance in advance.

Timing of delivery

Provided immediately after payment is completed. The provided product can be viewed from My Page. Images can be saved to the customer's device.
Note that while images can be saved to your device, display at the Company's metaverse venue, on the Discord server, and on My Page is available only while the Company provides the Service.

Operating environment

The latest version of each browser (Google Chrome / Safari / Microsoft Edge), and current supported versions of iOS and Android, are recommended.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

This product is a digital good; returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once provided. This does not apply where the product was not provided, or a provided product was defective, due to a cause attributable to the Company.

If your product has a defect, please contact us via the inquiry form above. After confirming, the Company will re-provide the product or issue a refund.

Sales-quantity limits and other special conditions of sale

· Limited quantity — some items have a limited sales quantity.

· Age — only persons 18 years of age or older may purchase this product.

· Region of residence — residents of the following regions may not purchase this product: (1) Europe (the entirety of Europe, including EU member states, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland); (2) the U.S. states of Florida, Rhode Island, and New York

· Transfer — the Service has no function for transferring a purchased product to a third party.

Recurring contracts

There is no subscription or recurring billing in the Service. Payment is made only at the time of each purchase.

Product Content

This product includes the following.

(1) A Memory of Support card (data combining a motif image, support message, serial number, and date, using blockchain technology)

(2) Eligibility to enter a category or channel established within the Company's Discord server

(3) A function as a score in selecting the Finalists or Winner of the Event (see the Terms of Use for details)

This product includes data tokenized using blockchain technology.

In this Event, the Company does not run any program that provides prizes to customers through a lottery, sweepstakes, raffle, or other chance-based mechanism. What you receive is only the product you purchased and the eligibility it includes.

The Company gives no guarantee whatsoever of appreciation, retained asset value, or any other economic benefit with respect to this product. Please do not purchase it for speculative purposes. This product may not be resold.
